Our office has, over the past decades, been involved in multiple projects regarding Otaniemi campus´ land usage.

We have since 2013 worked as consultants and designers for two of the area’s largest landowners -Aalto University Oy and the Senate Real Estate- regarding the coordination of the area´s many projects. We update the comprehensive image of the area´s many development projects, such as the combining, analysing, comparing and illustrating of the planning of land usage, operations, townscapes, landscapes, traffic, parking and municipal engineering.

In the projects´ latest sub-assembly, we produced a visualisation of a Webb readable, virtual world regarding the entirety of Otaniemi; Otaniemi comprehensive image. In this virtual reality you can move around and see the plans for the area for the years 2020, 2025, 2030 and 2035. The project has not been published for public use and the images are from the phasing model used in the project.
