Our portfolio consists of a diverse range of new construction, renovation, and land use projects. Here’s a selection of our recent work, as well as a few highlights from over the years.
Hakaniemi Market Hall renovation
The Hakaniemi Market Hall, designed by Karl Hård af Segerstad and completed in 1914, has been restored to its former glory.
Malmi schoolcampus
The protected school building is undergoing renovation, and an extension is being added to the building for Malmi elementary education and early childhood education.
Pohjois-Pasila wooden housing block
An urban wooden apartment block complex in North Pasila, Helsinki, designed in collaboration by three architectural firms.
Kettutie housing
A complex comprising three residential building plots, an underground parking facility, and a communal courtyard in Herttoniemi, Helsinki.
Aalto2-museum center
The Alvar Aalto Museum and the Museum of Central Finland were combined into the new Aalto2 Museum Center during the renovation.
As. Oy Helsingin Sinfonia
The change of use and expansion of an educational building for residential purposes in Töölö, Helsinki.
Jyväskylä University main building renovation
A nominee for the Architecture Finlandia Award in 2019, the University's main building was completed in 1956 and stands as one of Alvar Aalto's most significant works from his red-brick period.

Urban rental housing and special housing in Helsinki's Verkkosaari district.
Vantaa Courthouse renovation and extension
The courthouse is being renovated, and the exptension is designed to provide space for the use of agencies under the Ministry of Justice and the Prosecutor's Office.
